Phew. I am glad Halloween is over. After a school party, school carnival, work party, trunk-or-treat, and actual Halloween, I think I am done! The kids sure had fun--and have been gobbling down their candy the whole weekend.
Anyways, Saturday was our ward Trunk-or-treat. It was a lot of fun. It was set up like a carnival--they had corn dogs, nachos, and churros. And people brought pies for a pie tasting contest. They had quite a few fun games set up and I even got my hay ride. They also had a haunted house that scared the heck out of Devin (even though later he told us "I not scared of anything!") After the carnival they did the trunk-or-treat. There were a lot of people--and the kids got a ton of candy.
At the last minute Devin decided he wanted to go as Batman (his costumes last year).

We were pretty laid back on Sunday. We took the kids on a quick trip around the neighborhood because Devin really wanted to knock on some doors. They just loved seeing all the other kids in their costumes and seeing all the houses that were decorated. After we got home, we just handed out candy to the trick-or-treaters. And we watched Ernest Scared Stupid.

What a fun busy week! D and A look super cute! I love the last minute costume change! Audrie had the same costume as Adalynn when she was 18 months. I love it. Not only does she look adorable but it makes me think of my big girl as a little kid again! I love how Devin wanted his room decorated! He is so cool!
